Results can be viewed 24/7, allowing our customers to make decisions when they have to. Negative results are available in 24 hours and positive results usually available 48 hours. Each client is assigned a secure login and password that gives access to the system, and a hierarchy can be accomplished to give 1 user the ability to oversee the testing the State conducts through our system. We have built-in a list of reports available through this web system, including a cost management report to accurately monitor up to date testing activity by location, department, and track specific individuals drug test history if necessary.
Finally, we believe that any contract made for product and/or services should come with the highest level of customer service possible. All incoming calls are answered by a live member of our staff. In most cases we have the in-house expertise, to provide you with the detailed information you request.
